Shaft
- As the L.M. slide shafts are used in combination with ball bushes that move
in linear motion, the shafts play important roles of guiding the ball bushes
as well as the inside wheel bearings. Therefore, the shaft quality significantly
influences on the functions of ball bushes and linear motion systems.
- We, at Myung Sung Shaft, in consideration of these points, guarantee the
functions of L.M. shafts that have been enabled from our accumulated technologies
and experiences made over the long period of time in its selecting the materials,
heat treatment, polishing and machining and so many other processes.
- We, at Myung Sung Shaft, have maintained the product lines with more than
10 types of shafts that you can select properly according to your applications
and use.

Heat treatment(Induction Hardened)
Excellent heat treatment processes activated by removing the residual stress
inside the materials by the induction hardening processes, and inspecting the
materials relative to the required natures, crack corrosions of the constant
structures and others.
Surface hardness
STB-2 : HRC 60-HRC 64
SUS 440C : HRC 58-HRC 62
